I can summarize my experience with Pik in two words, ‘expectations exceeded’.
I first learned about her from a mutual colleague, who worked with her in the past. I trusted his recommendation and have had no regrets. In addition to multiple smaller publications and marketing materials, she designed three of our primary 2013 reports. With a great eye for design, and a talent for suggesting and implementing innovative design solutions, her work has brought our products to the next level. In addition, I have found her to be reliable and responsive. We work in a very fast-paced environment, yet she is able to keep-up and maintain quality work, delivering our projects on-time and on-budget. If I could change anything it would be adding another Pik to our team.
I’ve been working with Pik since 2010. She was hired to design a range of items, from our sales sheet and brochure, to our logo and website. I trust her because she’s always responsive, creative and helpful.
When I give her a project, I know that she’ll get it done right, on time, and on budget. When I have a new idea, she’s always there to give me insights and advise. I partnered with Pik and her team on two re-branding projects and found a great appreciation for her process of listening and creating designs that are “mild” and “spicy”, giving me and my clients options throughout the whole process.
